Frequently Asked Questions

What are the preparation instructions?

For a crisp crust:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Remove pizza from package and place directly on center oven rack
  • If refrigerated, bake for 6-8 minutes
  • If frozen, bake for 8-12 minutes
For a softer, pan style crust:
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Remove pizza from package and place directly on pan on center oven rack
  • If refrigerated, bake for 8-10 minutes
  • If frozen, bake for 10-14 minutes
Bake until center cheese is melted and edges are golden brown. If bottom of pizza is golden brown and top is not completely baked, place under broiler for 1-3 minutes. Due to oven variances, heating times may require adjustment.

Use-By Date

Every package of pizza is stamped with a use by date. The pizza should be consumed by this date or placed in the freezer for up to three months.

Can Reno's Pizza be frozen?

Yes, we recommend consuming or freezing our pizzas by the date stamped on the package. The pizza can be stored in the freezer for up to three months. Follow the directions from frozen sate on the label to prepare the pizza.

Can Reno's Pizza be microwaved?

No, we do not recommend microwaving our Reno's pizza. The crust is not made to crisp up in the microwave and it will become soggy.
